Last year was the first time we were involved in the America II Corporate SportsFest and we had four teams and almost 100 employees participate! The response was TREMENDOUS! Not only did our teams have a chance to meet and interact with other departments, but they also were able to build a stronger chemistry within their own departments. People are so excited about the next event that I have budgeted for, and fully anticipate, at least 10 teams (approximately 200 employees) to participate.

Coca-Cola Athletics has a very clear mission, "To encourage after-hours interaction by employees through sports. Such activities will promote products, team building, physical fitness, and fun." With Dave and his crew at Corporate SportsFest, we were able to do all of this with one single event.

Let's put it even more simply; everything we do is about the fun and Corporate SportsFest was a blast!

SportsFest is great stress free fun and for our organization, an outstanding Team Building exercise. As VP of our Employees Activities Committee, Citigroup logoI have led the Citigroup Teams for the last three years. At our campus we house many different divisions and we are spread out in 4 buildings. SportsFest provides us with a highly anticipated annual event that really brings our employees together. I can't tell you how beneficial it was for our company to participate in the SportsFest Games. In our first year, we rallied the troops, had great participation and the stories continue still. Our team really had a chance to build some great friendships and memories that typical company outings do not. I would strongly recommend the Sportsfest for any company that is looking for some new ways to build camaraderie within the organization. But beware, Team Budweiser is gunning for the trophy this year!
